Manage and maintain computers and other technology equipment at all of Kansas City Missouri Fire Department (KCFD) Facilities and vehicles
Implemented and ran an internal helpdesk to provide support for the department
Handled support via email, phone, remote logon and deskside support throughout the city
Design, implement and support new hard drive images for computers as the need arose
Designed and maintained KCFD’s Ambulance Membership website
Designed and maintained an online Equipment Failure Reporting system that allowed members to submit issues with equipment throughout the department
