PROGRAMMER/CUSTOMER SUPPORT with ADC Computer Services, Inc., North Kansas City, Missouri

• Performed customer support as well as programming mainly to correct imperfections in system software until summer of 1988.
• Worked as full time programmer with customer support from then on.
• ADC dealt with Pharmacists and Dentists in upgrading ADC’s software, which ran exclusively on a Unix platform, and products that they sold.
• Became very knowledgeable about pharmacy systems.
• On first evaluation received “Outstanding” in all categories.
• Rewrote 320-page user manual for the Computerized Retail Pharmacy System.
